Whistler Resort is home to dozens of property management and accommodation
rental companies. Services offered by property managers include sales and
marketing, taking reservations, collecting rental deposits, check-in, check-out,
cleaning, maintenance, security, and more. Some property managers allow
Whistler home owners to pick and choose among these services, some don't.
If a property managers' services or pricing sound too good to be true, they
probably are. Over the years, Whistler has seen many property management
companies come and go. Usually, the new managers on the street charge low
prices to get a piece of the market. As their growth outstrips
bookings, service declines, and the owners and managers of the company burn
